A Practical, Manager-Led Integrity Recognition Tool
TNA develops tailored, realistic Integrity Reinforcement Packages (IRPs) built around operational scenarios that simulate situations relevant to the client’s sector, disciplines and working environment.
Each scenario incorporates multiple embedded integrity Red Flags for staff to recognize and consider, together with the potential risks those Red Flags may signal.

A Complete, Ready-to-Deliver Package
Everything Prepared — Ready to Use.

The term "manager-led" is used generically and may include managers, supervisors, team leaders, foremen, department heads, coordinators, owners, or other designated organizational representatives.
IRP materials are available in English and Arabic, with bilingual formats available upon request.
Is IRP a training program?
No. An IRP is a practical reinforcement package designed to complement an organization’s existing policies, procedures, Codes of Conduct and integrity training through realistic operational scenarios and team discussion.
Why multi-Red-Flag scenarios?
Because real-life operational situations may involve several integrity concerns, pressures and decisions at the same time. IRP scenarios reflect this reality, helping participants recognize multiple embedded Red Flags and consider the potential risks they may signal.
Do we need external trainers?
No. IRPs are developed and prepared by TNA for in-house delivery by the client’s own managers or designated facilitators. The manager facilitates the discussion — they do not need to be an integrity trainer.
Can IRPs be used virtually?
Yes. IRP discussions can be delivered in person or virtually using platforms such as Microsoft Teams or similar tools.
Can IRP be customized?
Yes. IRPs are tailored in coordination with the client to reflect the organization’s sector, disciplines, operational activities and relevant integrity areas.
Which departments can use IRPs?
IRPs can be used across multiple organizational functions, including operations, procurement, engineering, finance, safety, transportation, administration and human resources. Where relevant, the same IRP can also be discussed by different departments from their own operational perspectives.
